We had a tidy room, air con was a lifesaver! But breakfast could’ve been heaps better with warmer options. Sweet as spot near Termini too!

Amazing location! Just a 5-10 min walk to the train station 🚆. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the jacuzzi bath in our room too! Cleaned daily and fresh towels always.
Was all great.

The cleanliness across all areas was commendable.
I had to self check in, which felt quite impersonal and frustrated me. I was also woken up early by staff making noise, disrupting my sleep. the location directly behind the train station made me feel unsafe at night.

The air conditioning saved us from the summer heat while we enjoyed our clean room. Proximity to the train station made exploring the city simple and convenient.

This cozy spot was perfect for our family trip. Located on the historical side of Rome, it made sightseeing so easy. We enjoyed a warm welcome at check-in, where all our IDs were checked promptly, making the process smooth for our kiddies.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities.

Cozy and Clean with a Great Location!
We had a lovely 5-night stay. The room was clean and fresh, and we loved having a bathtub! The daughters were super friendly and helpful, and it was just a short walk to the train station. Only downside was the noise from the busy street outside. Definitely recommend this place for a simple stay!

I really loved my stay here. the jacuzzi bath was such a treat after a long day, and the continental breakfast was a nice start to my mornings. It was super relaxing to unwind in the garden area, and I appreciated the nearby spots for coffee breaks. The only downside was the slightly outdated decor in the hallways, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

It was just a nice choice for a speedy visit in Rome with excellent value for money. The room was small but surprisingly clean, which made my short stay more comfortable. Bring your own drinks as the fridge doesn’t work.

Stumbled upon some gem eateries nearby! Grabbed a ‘Roman' pizza slice from Alice Pizza that was pure heaven. The decent size of the room ensured I had space to kick back. Can't forget to mention the steady housekeeping that kept my quarters tidy every day.
Despite being labeled a 3-star haunt, it felt more like a 1-star stay with leaky pipes and an ancient shower. Electric fans might be a summer essential here since the air con is off limits before June. And those photos? A whole different fantasy. reality is a tad shoddy.

i stayed for 4 nights in a superior double or twin room while in rome for a wedding ceremony. the location was incredible, only a short walk from the termini train station, and the room was surprisingly clean and comfortable for the price. the good bathroom and efficient air conditioning really exceeded my expectations.

The location near Termini Station is fantastic, just a quick walk to catch trains. The room was tidy, but the bathroom felt outdated and could really use some love. Remember that the remote for the TV didn’t work. luckily, the staff did provide a replacement, but one button was still broken. Breakfast lacked variety and could have been warmer since it was included. I appreciated the daily housekeeping and the slippers they provided. One night, I heard a lot of noise from the hallway at 2 AM, which disrupted my sleep. The door to my room didn’t feel very secure either, turning both ways could make anyone uneasy. The overall atmosphere was a mix of comfort and inconvenience, making it hard to fully relax.

great stay but noisy surroundings
The stay was truly enjoyable thanks to the fantastic air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations, ensuring a pleasant environment during my four-night visit. I particularly appreciated the city view from my room. it added a lovely touch to my mornings.
The noise from outside, especially at night, was quite distracting.
